BANK TRANSFER
Make Payment Within 48 Hours
Payment must be made by bank transfer within 48 hours of placing your order.
Cleared payment must be received within this period. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Use Only Your Order Reference Number
When making your bank transfer, you must use your unique ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER as the bank payment reference.
Copy the reference exactly as it appears in your order confirmation email.
Do not use your name, the product name or any other wording as the payment reference.
Payments sent with an incorrect or missing reference may not be matched to your order. If we cannot identify your payment using the order reference number provided, your order will not be dispatched.

Packing and Dispatch
Once your payment has been received, identified and confirmed, your order will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been packed and prepared for collection.

Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail tracked delivery service, including Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery, as applicable.
